Vanuatu's largest health outreach
Funded the scale and reach of Vanuatu's largest ever health outreach.
The Esesson Foundation delivers it with Vanuatu's Ministry of Health. Free general medicine, orthopaedic surgery, dental treatment and women's health at Vanuatu National Hospital, Mele Village and other approved sites, alongside clinical training for Vanuatu health professionals.
It runs from 12 to 20 September 2026 and is expected to reach more than two thousand people. The training component is the part that outlasts the nine days: the clinicians who take part are the ones who stay.
Vanuatu was selected for the landmark outreach through the philanthropic support of John Margerison, whose donation to the Esesson Foundation made the scale and reach of the initiative possible.
